Depending on your contact with us, we process in particular:

• identification and contact details — name and surname, e‑mail address, phone number, address
• reservation and stay details — dates, number of guests, accommodation unit, service requests
• contact form data — the content of your message and details you provide to us
• data required by law — guest book records and the house register for foreign guests
• technical data — anonymous website traffic statistics

We process your data for the following purposes:

• performance of the accommodation contract and provision of services — the legal basis is performance of a contract
• handling enquiries sent via the contact form — the legal basis is our legitimate interest, or steps taken prior to concluding a contract
• compliance with legal obligations — bookkeeping, guest records and tax obligations
• protection of our legitimate interests — particularly in the event of complaints or disputes

To operate the business we work with vetted processors with whom we have concluded data processing agreements. We do not transfer your data to countries outside the European Union. Our recipients include in particular:

• the provider of the online booking system (Previo) through which reservations are made
• the web hosting and website operation provider
• providers of accounting and IT services

Our website uses only essential technical cookies necessary for the proper functioning of the site.

To measure traffic we use a tool that works without storing cookies and does not collect personal data that could identify you. The statistics are anonymous and serve only to improve the content.

The third‑party online booking system (Previo) may store its own cookies necessary to complete a reservation when used.

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the given purpose.

Data related to the contract and accounting is kept for the period laid down by law (generally 10 years). Contact form enquiries are kept for the period necessary to handle them and any subsequent communication.

In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the following rights:

• the right of access to personal data
• the right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data
• the right to erasure (the right to be forgotten)
• the right to restriction of processing
• the right to data portability
• the right to object to processing
• the right to withdraw consent where consent was the basis for processing
