The accommodation is operated by Jarex spol. s r.o., registered office at Květnového vítězství 123/2a, 149 00 Prague 4, Czech Republic, Company ID (IČO) 25752766, VAT ID (DIČ) CZ25752766, registered in the Commercial Register.

Reservations can be made through the online booking system on our website, by e‑mail or by phone.

The accommodation contract is concluded at the moment the operator confirms the reservation to the guest. Confirmation is sent to the e‑mail address provided in the reservation.

The guest is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the details provided in the reservation.

All prices are stated in Czech crowns (CZK) including VAT. A local accommodation tax pursuant to the municipal decree is added to the accommodation price.

To confirm a reservation, the operator may require a deposit of 50% of the total price of the stay. The deposit is due within the period stated in the reservation confirmation.

The remaining balance is payable no later than on arrival (check‑in), unless agreed otherwise. Payment can be made in cash or by card.

Cancellations must be made in writing (by e‑mail). The date the cancellation is received by the operator is decisive.

Unless stated otherwise in a specific offer, the following cancellation fees apply, calculated from the total price of the stay:

• more than 30 days before arrival — free of charge, the deposit is refunded in full
• 30–15 days before arrival — cancellation fee of 50% of the price of the stay
• 14–0 days before arrival or no‑show — cancellation fee of 100% of the price of the stay

Check‑in takes place on the day of arrival between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Later arrivals must be arranged in advance.

Check‑out is on the day of departure by 10:00 AM at the latest.

The minimum length of stay is generally 2 nights; it may be set differently for selected dates.

Gift vouchers can be redeemed for accommodation and wellness services up to the value stated on the voucher.

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. After expiry, the voucher becomes void with no right to compensation.

Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Redemption is subject to availability on the requested dates — we recommend booking well in advance.

Pets are welcome by prior arrangement for a surcharge of CZK 300 per night.

Guests are required to observe the accommodation rules, keep the premises tidy and respect quiet hours. The guest is fully liable for any damage caused to the operator's property.

Smoking is prohibited throughout the building except in designated areas.

Any shortcomings in the services provided should be reported by the guest without undue delay directly at the reception so that they can be remedied during the stay.

Complaints can also be submitted in writing to ubytovani@chatajarmilka.cz. The operator will handle the complaint within the statutory period.

The Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), registered office at Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2, www.coi.cz, is competent for the out‑of‑court settlement of consumer disputes arising from the accommodation contract.

Consumers may also use the online dispute resolution platform operated by the European Commission.

Matters not governed by these terms are subject to the laws of the Czech Republic, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, and Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection.

The operator reserves the right to amend these terms. The terms in effect at the time a reservation is made apply to that reservation.

These terms and conditions take effect on 22 June 2026.
